United States:

The United States has defined terrorism under the Federal Criminal Code. Title 18 of the United States
Code defines terrorism and lists the crimes associated with terrorism. In Section 2331 of Chapter 113(B), defines terrorism as: “…activities that involve violent… or life-threatening acts… that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State and… appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and…(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States…”

• any crime committed with “the use of any weapon or dangerous device,” when the intent of the
crime is determined to be the endangerment of public safety or substantial property damage
rather than for “mere personal monetary gain

FBI definition of terrorism:

The unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a Government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.

U.S. Army Manual definition terrorism is:

the “calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear. It is intended to coerce or intimidate governments or societies … [to attain] political, religious, or ideological goals.” U.S. Army Field Manual No. FM 3-0, Chapter 9, 37 (14 June 2001).

Department of Defense Dictionary of Military Terms defines terrorism as:

The calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological.

State Terrorism

State terrorism has been defined as acts of terrorism conducted by governments or terrorism carried out directly by, or encouraged and funded by, an established government of a state (country) or terrorism practiced by a government against its own people or in support of international terrorism. “State terrorism” is as controversial a concept as that of terrorism itself. Terrorism is often, though not always, defined in terms of four characteristics: (1) the threat or use of violence; (2) a political objective; the desire to change the status quo; (3) the intention to spread fear by committing spectacular public acts; (4) the intentional targeting of civilians. This last element–targeting innocent civilians—is problematic when one tries to distinguish state terrorism from other forms of state violence.

You have terrorized me for seven years. We do not have a democracy. We have a staged system that is a fake store front for criminal treasonous traitors that serve special interests and foreign hostile powers. A democracy that has turned on its own to terrorize its own has ceased to be a democracy. We have a fake store front for a group of global powers that have been laundering the wealth of the nation away.

  • Willful and wanton conduct
  • Criminal Negligence
  • Criminal Reckless Endangerment
  • Criminal Torture
  • Aggravated Assault
  • The mere threat of impending danger to terrorize someone is aggravated assault
  • Attempted Murder
  • Assassination
  • Terrorism
  • Accomplices
  • Willfully Aiding and Abetting a very clear and present danger
  • A list of Gross Human Rights Violations a mile long

What you have done to me and continue to do, daily for SEVEN YEARS, is blatantly wrong, immoral, unethical, inhumane, cruel, and criminal.

Anyone who places political agenda above the welfare of Americans, above National Security, and seeks to harass and terrorize their own, is not only unfit for office, title or uniform, but deserving of life in prison, even the death penalty.

You just keep on. It is so wrong, so blatantly cruel and wrong, yet you just keep on. I fell back to sleep for a while and I was shown two of your Federal Agents in some kind of dark room with many seats and computers and these two were reading my words, and laughing uncontrollably. They think all of this criminal terrorism that has left so many dead, and has terrorized me for seven years is funny. They are psychopaths. They have been behind so much of the abuse and harassment I’ve endured. Threats to National Security are not funny. Terrorism is not funny. Abusing others is not funny. Such people in various forms of government that believe they are entitled to murder soldier or civilian must be thrown out and into a prison. It is treason against the people. If you don’t love freedom, then you have no business being in any form of government. If you don’t love freedom, then you should leave this country.

You are terrorists guilty of terrorism.

The White House, this administration and the last, should be prosecuted as the terrorists and traitors they are. The Supreme Court Justices should be prosecuted for the terrorists they are and for obstructing justice, contending for delay and seeking ways to leave me exposed. The CIA should be destroyed and many in there prosecuted with the death penalty. The FBI needs to be altered and all those in there that have had a hand in this should be prosecuted with the death penalty. The State of California should be prosecuted as the terrorists they are. The Stanislaus County should be prosecuted for the terrorists they are –aiding and abetting, thinking that violating someone’s human rights, physically and mentally abusing me is funny. Automattic, Inc. has willfully and intentionally violated my human rights, and willfully withheld earnings to ensure I would be forced into a workplace and remain in arms length to be taunted, abused, harassed, and further endangered.

Criminal acts intended or calculated to
provoke a state of terror in the general
public, a group of persons or particular
persons for political purposes are in any
circumstance unjustifiable, whatever the
considerations of a political,
philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic,
religious or any other nature that may be
invoked to justify them.”

It is indefensible. It is inexcusable. It is prohibited criminal behavior. It is terrorism. Anyone who places political agenda above the welfare of every American, and above National Security should be prosecuted as the terrorists they are. You have terrorized me for seven years.

It is attempted murder, daily, for SEVEN YEARS.

And yet you just keep on.
