Civil and political rights prohibit arbitrary deprivation of life; torture, cruel or degrading treatment or punishment; slavery and forced labour; arbitrary arrest or detention; arbitrary interference with privacy; war propaganda; discrimination; and advocacy of racial or religious hatred.
Human Rights are never conditional. They are immovable. Human Rights can never be subject to the whims of the corrupt. They are not divvied out to only those who you agree with. Abuse is never justified. It is prohibited. Of all people, those who are in positions of servitude should know what Human Rights are and what it means to protect every American in Freedom. You are without excuse. Your abusive and grotesque behavior is criminal and evidence that you are unfit to serve in any capacity. Abuse is not justifiable. Absolutely never is it justifiable. It is prohibited. You are without legal right to do what you have done, and without legal right to ever withhold connection from any American with the willful intent to be cruel, degrade or punish, or engage in arbitrary interference with privacy or discrimination in any way. You are without legal right to ever torture those who have been entrusted to you. You are without legal right to ever serve with bias. You are without legal right to ever recklessly endanger any American life.
Significant and tangible consequences are due for such malign behavior.
