We are in love with the Spirit because it is Holy. To be Holy is to be “Set apart.”

Holy – ἅγιος, ία, ον – set apart

40 hágios – properly, different (unlike), other (“otherness“), holy; for the believer, 40 (hágios) means “likeness of nature with the Lord” because “different from the world.”

The fundamental (core) meaning of 40 (hágios) is “different” – thus a temple in the 1st century was hagios (“holy”) because different from other buildings (Wm. Barclay). In the NT, 40 /hágios (“holy”) has the “technical” meaning “different from the world” because “like the Lord.”

[40 (hágios) implies something “set apart” and therefore “different (distinguished/distinct)” – i.e. “other,” because special to the Lord.]

–Helps Word studies.

His Spirit is set apart from the rest. He is different. He is manna from Heaven and so different the only thing people could say is what the name implies, “what’s it?” He is the richest of fare.

“Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”

Psalm 34:8

Our appetite is our belly and we either crave life that is of the Word in the beginning, or we crave words that speak death.

The difference between a fear based reaction and a real love motivation is paramount.

When we know Him, know His truth, we cannot do anything else but approach Him without any self judgement or condemnation. If we only know but a shadow, we fear because we are in darkness and cannot see the true image. God is Light and in Him there is no darkness. He became sin that we might be set free from the bondage of decay and enter into a time of immortality. Understand that becoming sin had everything to do with being born under law. The fall happened before the commandments were given. Law was given that sin might prevail and cause hostility to be worked through the whole body. This was the set up that the cross would happen.

But now we see differently and we are waking up to a beautiful truth of who He is. Not something obscured by law and casting a shadow, but we remove the law that we might see the Light. He is beautiful. He is love. He is a paradox –both a Sun and a Shield. Understand that on the cross He surely did die for us, but it is very important to understand that He died unto His Self so that He could also become a shield for us and no longer burning in wrath against us. The law was placed in the arc and the Spirit as well. The Spirit burned with anger in the presence of it –anyone touching it would die. But not willing to put Her away or leave Her, this was the way to carry His Spirit when it could not be contained in the body. Understand that He is also the man of lawlessness being the One giving the Law, and He also died to take it out of the way. He is destroying His Self that we might be reconciled. He forgives for His own sake –that He might have the object of His desire. He died to His Self, so that we also might live to be an Image of Him and an evolution of God in the flesh, coming to a place in the evolution of thought that will once again house the fullness of His Spirit.

“Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.”

–Genesis 3:16

This is a prophecy not spoken to “womankind”. It is a prophecy for the Church, the Bride, the collective of both men and women.

“For your Maker is your husband– the LORD Almighty is his name– the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth.”

–Isaiah 54:5

We need to understand that it is a conversation between a God and His Spirit Bride to begin to understand the prophecy. Our desire is for our Lord, and He will rule OVER us until we are brought into subjection to partake of what is forbidden no more. We must only partake of Him, our manna from Heaven, the bread of life and this fare is the Word that was in the beginning. It is the One Law that governs Heaven and cultivates a paradise here.

His Spirit is set apart from all the rest. He is set apart to love and He traversed the road of hell because He was unwilling to leave Her. But now we are passing through the waters and entering into a new and everlasting age. Understand that He became sin that knew no sin. He too is the man of lawlessness and He is a God willing to destroy Self that He might rise in Love with a Bride He cannot do without.

Perhaps this is the year that my greatest dream comes true and I can spend all day reading, thinking and writing of Him. He is my love. Perhaps this is the year that I will be miraculously healed from all the heartbreak of the past. I love to think of myself with the ability to do nothing else but think of Him and write of Him. I imagine a day in my dream come true and it is full of dreams, visions, magic, the elements under my control as the Spirit prevails within. I imagine traveling the stars and seeing the most incredible sights. I love to imagine it. I love to think of Him.

Remember:

Beyond imagination is His most favorite place to be.

Not dogma or religion. Those things were only a shadow of what is to come.
